Low Carb Greek Salad Gyro

Ingredients
Relative to how many people serving
Chicago Style Gyros Slices .9 oz (189)
Romaine lettuce, chopped
White or Red Onion, sliced
Tomato, sliced
Feta Cheese (078), crumbled
Black Olives, sliced
Pepperochini, on the side
Olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mix to more lemon taste or use an Italian dressing.
Directions
Preparation Instructions:
1. Heat gyros slices in hotel pan at 375 degrees. Add enough water to pan for moisture and cover with aluminum foil for about 40 min.
2. Mix Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, and feta cheese.
Assembly:
1. Place a serving of Greek salad on plate.
2. Top salad with the salad dressing.
3. Take 5 gyros slices (.9 oz slice) placed on top of each other just slightly separated and cut into 3 sections by cutting twice at diagonal direction. Place gyros slices on top.
4. Serve 2 oz of tzatziki sauce on side of plate or in soufflé cups.
