Spicy Chicken & Vegetable Fusilli

Ingredients
1 cup Spinach
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Sun-Dried Tomatoes
4 oz. Chicken Breast
1 1/2 cup cooked fusilli pasta (corkscrews)
3 Tbsp Opaa! Brand Mediterranean Sauce (Skhug)
1 Tbsp Butter
Directions
Cook pasta as directed/ Drain and set aside. Cut the chicken into thin strips and cook. Set aside. In saute pan add olive oil, spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Saute until spinach is wilted. Add chicken, pasta and Mediterranean sauce. Cook 3-5 minutes on medium heat until all items are heated through. Serve.
