2 c. Penne pasta or macaroni, cooked
2 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tbsp. Pine nuts
2 tsp. Mediterranean Sauce (Skhug) (03100, 06041)
2 tbsp. Roasted or fresh red bell peppers, diced
1 tsp. Flat leaf parsley, chopped
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

Add a protein – shrimp, chicken, or duck
Directions
Assembly:
Drain cooked pasta and return to warm pot.
Add in olive oil, pine nuts, peppers, skhug and parsley. Mix well.
Top with grated parmesan and serve.
