¾ tsp Skhug (03100)
1 tbsp Breadcrumbs, Panko or cracker meal
¾ Split tomato
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Assembly:
1. Split tomatoes, add salt and pepper to taste, apply skhug to cut face
2. Cover with crumbs, spray with olive oil
3. Broil until brown
4. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley (or basil) and serve warm
Tip: Slice zucchini thick (>1.5”) and as above, but bake in 350 degree oven for 6-8 minutes.
