1 Chicago Style Pita Fold (1029)
3 oz. Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (4310)
½ oz. Calamata Olives (403)
1 oz. Feta Cheese (078)
Directions
Preparation Instructions:
1. Cut pita fold into 6 wedges. In a bowl place wedges and bath in olive oil. Shake on oregano, salt and pepper. Bake in a 350 degrees preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Tip: Prepare only enough product for one day’s service
Assembly:
1. Thaw pita wrap (thaw enough for day’s usage) in bags out of box at room temperature at least 3 hours prior to use. Do not refrigerate bread.
2. Scoop hummus on to plate
3. Place pita wedges, olives and feta cheese around the hummus and serve.
