Grilled Turkey and Vegetable Hummus Pocket

Ingredients
1 White Perforated Pocket Pita (06016)
1 oz. Feta Cheese Crumbles (117)
1 oz. Traditional Hummus (4340)
½ oz. Diced Tomatoes
3½ oz. Smoked Turkey Breast
1 oz. Julienned Onions
1 oz. Julienned Green Pepper
Directions
Preparation Instructions:
1. Lightly oil one side of the pita bread with vegetable or corn oil
2. Place on a heated (350-375 degrees) flat top grill cook pita bread on both sides for 20-30 seconds per side until warm
3. Break pita pocket in half along perforated line.
Tip: Do not use any flavored oils on pocket, this will change the taste of the pocket. (Use liquid margarine product to add flavor to your pocket)
5. Grill turkey, onions and green pepper for 1 minute.
6. Spread Hummus inside pocket on one side.
7. Put Turkey, Onions and Peppers over Hummus and top with Feta Cheese and Tomatoes.
