Stuffed Tomatoes and Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
Campari tomatoes, halved
Baby Bella mushroom caps
Grecian Delight® Feisty Feta® Spread
Bread Crumbs or Panko
Salt, Pepper
Olive Oil Spray
Directions
Preparation Instructions:
1. Fill tomato halves and mushroom caps with 1 tsp of Feisty Feta® Spread. This amount will vary depending on the size of tomato or mushroom being used. Adjust proportions accordingly to fill each item.
2. Sprinkle tops with bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
3. Spray tops with olive oil spray
4. Bake at 375° for 4-7 minutes, until golden brown
