Garden Feta Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
1 egg (cooked how you like)
1 Tbsp Garden Feta Spread
1/4 cup Spinach leaves (8 pieces baby spinach)
1 oz. Swiss cheese
4 strips roasted red pepper
1 Multigrain Skinny Bun™
Directions
Toast Skinny Buns, set aside warm. Cook egg according to your preference. Take Skinny Buns and place spinach leaves on the bottom. Next place Garden Feta spread, cooked egg, swiss cheese and strips of roasted red pepper. Top with other bun and serve.
