
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pasta, cooked
6 oz stir fry veggies (frozen or fresh)
2 Tbsp Opaa! Brand™ Garden Feta Spread
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, set aside and keep warm. Combine two bags of thick sliced vegetables with garlic and saute with olive oil. Once cooked blend in Garden Feta spread and toss until warm through. Serve over the warm pasta.
