
Ingredients
1 New York Style Pita Fold (025)
2-3 slices Chicago Style Gyro Slices .9 oz (189)
2 oz. Thinly Sliced Roma Tomatoes
½ oz. Thinly Sliced Onions
1 oz. Grecian Delight Tzatziki Sauce (028)
2 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Preparation Instructions:
1. Thaw pita bread (thaw enough for day’s usage) in bags out of box at room temperature at least 3 hours prior to use. Do not refrigerate bread.
2. Slice onions and tomatoes approximately 1/8 inch thick. Cook gyro slices in a separate pan chop slices into 1/4 inch squares.
Tip: Prepare only enough product for one day’s service
Assembly:
1. Place thawed pita on baking pan bumpy side up
2. Spread sauce evenly on pita, leaving 1 inch from edge clear.
3. Place tomato and onion slices evenly on the pita. Place gyro slices on top of the tomatoes and onions.
4. Top with feta cheese
5. Bake in preheated 400 oven 5 to 10 minutes.
Tip: You can use a broiler to make your pizza. Take out when cheese has melted thoroughly
