Bar-B-Que Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients
1 New York Style Pita Fold (025)
2-3 slices Pre-Cooked Chicken Gyro Slices (509)
2 oz. Thinly Sliced Roma Tomatoes
½ oz. Thinly Sliced Onions
1½ oz. Bar-B-Que Sauce **
2 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
*** The following Bar-B-Que Sauces can be used: Honey BBQ, Teriyaki BBQ, Spicy BBQ
Directions
Preparation Instructions:
- Thaw pita bread (thaw enough for day’s usage) in bags out of box at room temperature at least 3 hours prior to use. Do not refrigerate bread.
- Slice tomatoes and onions approximately 1/8 inch thick. Cook chicken gyro slices in a separate pan. Chop slices into ¼ inch squares. Shred Mozzarella cheese
Tip: Prepare only enough product for one day’s service
Assembly
- Place thawed pita on baking pan bumpy side up
- Spread BBQ sauce evenly on pita, leaving 1 inch from edge clear.
- Place tomato and onion slices evenly on the pita. Place chicken gyro slices on top of vegetables
- Top with mozzarella cheese
- Bake in preheated 400 oven 5 to 10 minutes.
Tip: You can use a broiler to make your pizza. Take out when cheese has melted thoroughly.
