Mini BBQ Bacon & Shrimp Appetizer

Ingredients
1 pc One Republic™ Artisan-Style White Pita Fold, cut into quarters
1 Tbsp 1/4 inch diced cooked bacon
1 pc 26-30 count raw shrimp, tail off, peeled and deveined
2 tsp BBQ sauce, spicy or your favorite
1 tsp shredded Pepper Jack cheese
Directions
Place flatbread onto tray and bake at 350˚F for 3-5 minutes or until slightly brown and crisp. Place shrimp into sauté pan and cook for 30 seconds. Add bacon and BBQ sauce and heat until shrimp are fully cooked. Spoon bacon and BBQ mixture onto flatwrap, topping each with one shrimp. Add a teaspoon of shredded cheese to each. Place back into oven for one minute or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
