Pear and Cheese Sweetness

Ingredients
1 pc One Republic™ Artisan-Style Lavash, cut into quarters
1 pear cut into quarters and thinly sliced
2 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
4 tsp honey
4 Tbsp lemon sorbet
Directions
Cut lavash into 4 equal pieces. Cover on piece with ¼ of the pear slices, sprinkle with ½ ounce of gorgonzola cheese. Bake at 350˚F for about 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted, pears are warm and bread is crispy on the edges but soft towards the center. Drizzle with one teaspoon honey and top with one tablespoon of the lemon sorbet. Repeat with the other three pieces. Serve warm.
Option: eliminate the lemon sorbet and serve as an appetizer.
