Moroccan Chicken Fold

Ingredients

4 oz. Chicken (cut into strips)
1 cup vegetables (mixture of red & green peppers and onions)
1 Tbsp Olive Oli
2 Tbsp Opaa! Brand Harissa Sauce
2 pcs One Republic Artisan-Style Naan


Directions

Cut the chicken into thin strips and cook. Set aside. In a saute pan add the olive oil and vegetables and cook until tender. Add the cooked chicken strips and Harissa sauce into pan containing the vegetables. Cook 2-4 minutes on medium heat until warmed through. Place half of the mixture onto one side of the Naan bread. Fold other half of Naan bread over and serve.
