Ingredients
1 piece One Republic™ Artisan-Style Lavash
1/4 cup Nutella®
1 Tbsp chopped hazelnuts
3/4 cup high quality vanilla ice cream with vanilla bean
2 Tbsp caramel sauce (warmed)
2 Tbsp cream anglaise or (melted vanilla ice cream)
Directions
Take ice cream from freezer and allow to soften slightly while you begin to assemble wrap. Place lavash piece on counter. Spread nutella over the lavash then sprinkle with the chopped hazelnuts. Place the ice cream onto one side of the lavash and roll up like a jelly roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze overnight. Remove from freezer and grill for 30 sec on all sides. Then slice and serve with caramel sauce.
