
Ingredients
1 One Republic™ Artisan-Style™ Naan Bread
2 Tbsp Roasted Eggplant spread
1 slice eggplant, grilled
2 slices zucchini, grilled
2 slices onion, grilled
2 slices tomato, fresh
1/4 cup sprouts
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
Directions
Grill eggplant, zucchini and onions to your desired doneness. Warm Naan flatbread on a grill or in a pan about 30 seconds each side. Remove Naan from heat and cover with roasted eggplant spread and top with remaining vegetables. Fold over Naan bread and serve.
