1 Italian Herb Focaccia Flat (06186)
6 shrimp
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 tomato, sliced
Lettuce, shredded
Light Italian dressing
1 skewer
Directions
Preparation Instructions:
Remove shells from shrimp and slice zucchini/squash about 1/2 inch thick. Place all onto skewer alternating shrimp and vegetables. Brush with dressing and grill about 5 minutes or until shrimp are cooked and vegetables are tender. Warm Italian Herb Foacaccia Flat and top with lettuce and tomato. Place skewered shrimp and vegetables on top of lettuce and tomato. Serve warm.
