
Ingredients
2 ounces chicken, diced
1/8 cup celery, diced
1/8 cup onion, diced
1/8 cup shredded carrot
1 Tbsp almonds, slivered
1 Tbsp dried sweetened cranberries
1 Tbsp reduced calorie Italian dressing
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
1 piece One Republic™ Artisan-Style™ Multigrain Pita Square
Directions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well. Slice Pita Squares into 4 triangles and arrange on bottom of plate. Top with spinach, sliced tomato and the crunchy chicken salad.
