... the Gyros meat
With sharp knife using long cutting motion shave meat from Gyros cone, slices should not be thicker than 1/16 of an inch.

TIP: Do not cut cone if meat is pink or light brown, let the gyros cone cook to a golden brown.

You must keep sharpening your knife to avoid tearing the meat from the cone.

You can use an electric knife (i.e. Wizard) to shave the meat from the gyros cone.
