RECIPE WEDNESDAY WITH CHEF TOM: Denver Breakfast Pizza

To continue our support of National Hot Breakfast month we give you the Denver Breakfast Pizza.






INGREDIENTS
1 piece One Republic 6" White Pita Fold
1 oz. Scrambled Eggs
½ oz. Diced Green Peppers
½ oz. Cubed Ham
1½ oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese

DIRECTIONS
Heat a small saute pan to medium heat and cook eggs until scrambled. Dice green peppers and ham into ¼ inch cubes. Place pita on baking pan bumpy side up. Place peppers, scrambled eggs and ham evenly on the pita, leaving 1 inch from the edge clear. Top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in preheated 400 oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
