Frozen Roast Beef marinated in an authentic Italian seasoning. The roast is thinly sliced and vacuum packed in 5 lb. packs. The product is fully cooked all you have to do is reheat the beef slices in warmed Italian Au Jus. Additionally, this case contains two ½ gallon sealed bags of Italian Juice for the operator to serve with the beef.
